I'm not sure where my package is and why it does not seem to be moving. When should i expect it to arrive? It has been almost a month and it hasn't moved from its original city. Tracking Number: RM637876857CN

RM637876857CN your parcel has problem in Zhengzhou customs, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
