HI!

Okay so according to my tracking apps, on Canada Post it says it is here at one of the faculties. But then I called them and they said I have to get in contact with YOU guys so that they can open up an investigation and find out more about where it is at. Could you please help me?

My tracking number is: RB399633772CN

Investigation should be started by shipper not recipient in original China Post office. And it will take over 2 months time. Even if the parcel is confirmed to be lost, shipper will get compensation, not you.

So the best way for you to protect your money is to file a non-receipt dispute as soon as possible. If shipper can not prove that you received the parcel, you will get refund.

So I filed a dispute but the lady on aliexpress selling my item sent it from canada BACK to china, and still hasnt replied to my emails. I have no idea where it is or if i will get my money back and i am waiting on my reply....

First, you need file the dispute case with aliexpress. After the case is filed, the seller need to contact China Post to get proof that you have received the parcel. If she can not get such proof, then you will get refund from aliexpress.

Hello, my name is Yolsheka Smith and I placed a order back in November from ioffer. I haven't received my package yet. It says that it is waiting on airline space. It has been saying that since 11/24/13. What do I need to do to receive my order or get a refund?

i don't know if ioffer has customer protection policy same as ebay or aliexpress. if yes, you should open a non-receipt dispute with ioffer. check following post:
