My tracking number is RI740729216CN. There has been no updates since Nov 18th. I've already had issues with the lovely seller stating it was being shipped from the US and then given a China Post tracking number.
Is this a valid tracking number, is it destined for the US, and should I expect this anytime soon?

RI740729216CN is valid number and destination is USA. it was shipped on Nov 18 and you should get it by Xmas time.

This was shipped over a month ago and still not received. Can anyone provide any assistance? Since it is arriving in the U.S. I have no way to track it's present location and the seller disappeared on EBay so they are no help.

you can open dispute to ebay for non-arrival parcel if seller does not reply your inquiry.

I have. I was just hoping maybe someone might be able to provide some visibility on the shipment. It hasn't made it in time for Christmas.

you can track latest status in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . However, the result may be very old because none will update the status after the parcel left china(USPS no more scan china post parcel after Oct 1st,2015).

Normally parcel should arrive USA in 30 days. So if your parcel status does not change over 30 days and you did not get the parcel. It is most possible that the parcel is lost.
