Tracking number RH209641378CN. The sender of the parcel sent the receipt showing that the parcel was sent on October 28, 2015.

The only tracking record shows that the parcel was received by Post Office 3 days later - October 31, 2015. The number for Location says nothing to me.

Is the item still in China? The Global Tracking (USA) doesn't show anything.
Please help to find out the current location of the parcel.

I think the China Post tracking database might be having connectivity issues again. I'm having a hard time getting info on most registered items, not just yours.

Your item left Shanghai airport for the USA on 02-Nov. Unfortunately, that is probably the last update you'll see for your item -- since 01-Oct-2015, the USPS does not put tracking information online for incoming registered items from most countries any more, including China. =/

Average time to USA is listed as being 16 days, so your item should arrive in two weeks or so, hopefully not much longer than that.

Oh, btw, 200237 is the zip code for Xuhui, Shanghai, China. Chinese zip codes are six digits. =)

Thanks for quick response.

I feel confused - how to keep tracking my parcel, if China Post doesn't provide info after the item left from China, but USPS does not put tracking information online for incoming registered items from most countries any more.

At least, I need to know the expected delivery day, so that I will stay at home to sign for the registered item.

Please advice and thank you.

Hi can you help please I ordered off Aliexpress 14/10/15 but still haven't received my item I have contacted the seller and they have told me that it is in transport but that was last week tracking number they give is RF098497896CN

RF098497896CN was shipped on Oct 24. normally it will travel about one month before reaching UK. you need some patient.

USPS can track your package using the China Post tracking number which should look something like CP314284305CN. If there is a problem, you can call them. It has been 8 weeks since my package was sent from China. When I called USPS, they said their internal tracking system showed it had arrived and passed through the customs office in CA so the USPS should have it now but that was on Sept. 17, 2015 and USPS says that an inquiry has to be made by China Post for the location of my package. There is no way for me to start an inquiry myself. I'm still waiting for a reply on this forum telling me how to initiate a request for inquiry from China Post to USPS.

Only the sender of the package can open an inquiry. If you bought your item via eBay, AliExpress, or some other means that has buyer protection, you are probably better off just claiming a refund for goods not received and letting the seller worry about where the parcel got to.

Since 01-Oct-2015, USPS does not give tracking for incoming China Post Registered Mail items any more. Unfortunately, you won't see any more updates on this item. :(

Good day

Please can you check the status of tracking number RK299207984CN. It hasn't been updated since the 7 November, I am rather concerned as to when it will arrive in South Africa
