Post No tracking update for 2 weeks

ordered an item off eBay. Seller marked as shipped. Left China on 7/16 and no update since. Is it stuck in customs? Could it really take two weeks to clear customs?

LN067039958CN should be delayed in Shenzhen. wait 10 more days, if you can not get it by Aug 15, open dispute to seller.
