I have not received any update on my package ever since May this year. My tracking number is LS269295512CN.

Are you sure that there is no shipping record? This is what I am seeing when I open the link.

Sorry, my mistake.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS269295512CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 19.

If you have not got it, it must be lost. You need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
