Post No movement from parcel since May 31

Hi there. On May 24, I purchased an item which the seller shipped a couple of days later. It was traceable until May 31 and there has been no updates on the item since. I'm wondering if you could tell me what is going on with this item? Thank you.

1. I suspect your parcel is possibly out of Customs:

Date / Time :2016/06/23 - 05:47

2. It possibly should be delivered by next week if the parcel passed the Customs Office.

Hi and thank you for your quick response. Do you happen to have the web address in which you are finding this information? I cannot seem to find the same updated information on this item indicating that it is in customs. Thank you again for your help.

1. I suspect your parcel has some serious problems. Yous parcel is like going somewhere else maybe back to China or another country? Export Customs means normally going away from that Country!

2. May I suggest you contact the seller as soon as possible ti find out what is going on with your parcel. Just tel him you have not receive it and ask him to call China Post: 11185, to find out where is the parcel.

3. You should include this full tracking of your parcel for the seller:

I also have a package that has not moved for a while ( since June 6/16.)
Can some one tell me if this is even a valid tracking number or have I been ripped off?
I order lots of stuff from China and have never had to wait this long for any package.
