I have 2 separate packages from 2 different sellers. The first says this for the tracking information.
PP234690557BJ (This package belongs to normal package instead of registered package, we only provide the package’s container (which contains multiple packages to same destination) tracking information as below)
Date Status
2014-07-10 Waybill Generated
2014-07-11 Collection Scan
2014-07-11 Departure Scan
2014-07-12 Arrive at exchange center
2014-07-13 Depart from exchange center
2014-07-14 Departure from Airport to destination country
(this information is provided by airline companies.)
2014-07-15 Arrive at destination airport
(this information is provided by airline companies.)

The second one has this tracking number LN390568263CN and epacket says No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking. It shipped on July 17, 2014 and I have tried contacting the seller but they have not replied. Should I worry? Why is the first package taking so long?

seller did not ship the parcel no.LN390568263CN ,otherwise http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php?code=LN390568263CN will show location and status.
