Hello,

I used EMS delivery to USA, but it seems like my parcel is stuck in HK since Feb 24.
I never had this much delay in other EMS parcels to USA before, so I am wondering how long it will take to get to USA.

Tracking number: EB782968035CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB782968035CN shows the parcel arrived a transit airport on Feb24. it is still waiting for flight to USA. The item status is normal, no need worry.

We will write a new post here once the item arrives in USA.

Thanks for the reply. I have used EMS delivery type to USA previously, but I haven't experienced this much delay in transit before. It seems like now the parcel is now stuck in HK for 2 weeks.

I am wondering if my parcel is lost in transit at this point. Is EB CN low priority parcel type? Do you know how long it would take to find next flight to USA at this point?

EB782968035CN is still in normal frame, now is too early to say it is lost.Please wait some more time.

We will write a new post in this thread once it arrives in your country.
