I opened a dispute from my seller and he told me to close the dispute, I opened it cause of all the return from security checkpoints is my package on its way like he just told me

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ431968943CN was rejected by safety check point on Dec 3. It was returned to from import customs on Dec 4. You should not close dispute otherwise you will lose your money.

The returns from security checkpoint don't mean it is lost or sent back but the return from customs does so until that happened the seller was right. But now it is returned so definitely do not close the dispute unless the seller refunds you beforehand.
