Post My items are 2 weeks LATE! are they stuck at customs?

Hey I was supposed to get these items almost two weeks ago but I have yet to receive them. Are they stuck at customs? It has not updated in about 2 weeks. Tracking numbers: LM020520138CN and LM021679597CN

1. Normally E Packet takes 6 to 12 working days to be delivered.

2. Your parcel LM020520138CN was mailed on the 2016-05-24 15:36 and was ship out of China on the:
2016-05-25 01:02
CNCAND,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada

As of today this parcel has attained the 12 days limit, I suspect maybe today you should possibly see some activity in the tracking at Canada Post site. If you don't see anything then contact seller to ask him to contact China Post: 11185 to find out where is your parcel.

3. For parcel LM021679597CN was mailed on the 2016-05-28 15:39 and was ship out of China on the:
2016-05-29 02:16
CNCAND,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada

This parcel has only 10 days as of today you need to wait till next week.

4. There might be a possibility also the the parcel are in Canada but that the Canadian Customs Office have not yet clear the parcel because they have to much work specially in Vancouver Inbound.
