Hello
I have been told by Alpha Buying that my package (LZ239317293CN ) has been sent more than 2 weeks ago but when I check the tracking status of the package it states that the tracking number does not exist.
Please advise if my parcel has left China. (I am in New Zealand).

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.
