Post Lost Package!

I ordered a package from Aliexpress and everything was fine, the package was on time and arrive in America March 25th. The package never arrived at my house. I haev been going here for information from the link ( http://www.yw56.com.cn/english/DIY.asp) provided from the seller. My tracking number is YC558395844YW. I have called UPS and USPS with no help at all. Can anyone tell me how to track down this package? Thank you!

YC558395844YW is Yanwen number. the parcel is actually given to china post regular airmail which can not be tracked in china post database. If you can not get the goods in 30 days, you should open dispute.

Thank you for the information, I did open a dispute, but do you have any advice on actually locating it?

you can not know the exact location for this kind of parcel whose status information is not scanned into computer system.

1. How did you find out that the parcel was deliver to Texas instead of Ohio!

2. Maybe the seller gave you the wrong tracking number, maybe the seller never did sent your the parcel personally to you, maybe the seller made a mistake and sent to parcel to somebody else.

3. If by any chance the person in Texas call you about the parcel, that person only need to go back to USPS and tell them the parcel was deliver to him by mistake.

4. Last by not least you could open a dispute that you never receive the parcel.
