I ordered a package and it's showing as being dispatched on December 16. Can anyone tell me what's going on? EA067218526CN.

It's lost by now and it's too late to open a dispute. EMS should arrive in 1-2 weeks, during the holidays, could be quite a bit longer. If you don't receive your EMS parcel in 30 days, you should open a dispute to get a refund.
