My package says Guangzhou office of exchange has been opened for exports since the 31 october and i asked the seller he told me that its in transit but it cleary aint in transit mode

your parcel should be outside China now. Normally the parcel status will stuck at its last china location after it left China because none will scan and update parcel status when it is outside China.
