1. Last 2 tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-10-11 23:52
Ningbo city, leaving messages to mail centers in Ningbo, Ningbo City Center
2016-10-11 23:52
Ningbo, Ningbo city, leaving to New York JFK airport

2. If seller was able to have the parcel stop by China Post from going overseas, no chance of receiving the parcel.

3. If parcel is in USA and seller has been able to tell China Post to return the parcel, no chance of receiving the parcel.

4. If parcel is in USA and seller did nothing, you have good chances of
receiving the parcel.

5. If by any chances the parcel is still in China and not sent yet to USA and seller is not doing anything, you have good chances of receiving the parcel.

Has anyone else seen any movement from ningbo? or should i just give up on this package since I got a refund?
