I've been tracking my package with usps and it was delivered to the wrong address. I called them and they said that tracking number was for a package that was supposed to go to that address. I was told to contact you guys for a new number. I placed my order over a month ago and would really like my package. The sooner this is fixed the better. I am really really really really really really really really really frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i believe you were scammed by your seller. He gave other people's tracking number to you. If I were you, I will open dispute to aliexpress/ebay/amazon/paypal which ever you made payment to.

How do we know though. I want to speak to someone from China post. Plus I already opened one and they have me my refund but never specified what actually happened. I really do need this for school!!

If you did actually get a wrong tracking number, the seller is the only one who can give you the right one. More likely, you got a fake number, like CPAdmin says.

If you want to speak to someone from China Post, their hotline is +86 10 11185. How is your Chinese? They speak Mandarin only, no English.

Honestly, the best course of action is to claim a refund by using eBay/PayPal/AliExpress/credit card/whatever dispute mechanism is available to you, buy the thing you need from somewhere else, and move on with more interesting things.
