The link above is the tracker that I use to track my package, but now its been two months and there has been no update, but I thought its okay and it will be reaching here soon. But now my tracker says that:This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates. I think the package is never gonna reach my place, can someone help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV489909277CN shows the item is still waiting for flight to KSA.

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows sometimes waiting time can take up to 81 days, so your parcel is still in normal time frame. If you can not get the item by early August, you have to open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost item refund.

By early August do you mean August 5-10?
