I placed an order from a supplier in China on June 13, 2015 and have not received it.
The Tracking shows this from International mail Tracking results-

Trak # Origin Destination Status
CP303489294CN CHINA UNITED STATES On route

History Detail

Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
13-Jun-2015 16:02 Received by Post Office 518021
15-Jun-2015 13:03 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU

No tracking information is available from UNITED STATES

Should I give up on it ever arriving, its been over 45 days can you help me and look into this and see what the problem is.

CP303489294CN is surface parcel, it might take up to half year to reach USA.

First off,
Thank you for your help I really do appreciate all of your hard work.
This wasn't the answer I was expecting and I'm a bit confused about the mode of transportation. It leaves me wondering if some postal worker is going to walk across the country to the ocean and then jump in and swim over with the package. I guess you get what you pay for $112.00 shipping cost for a 20 kl pkg from China to the US.

surface parcel shipping might transit through many sea ports and sorting hub. Most of the time cost is waiting in sorting center for next vessel to next sea port. Time in ship is a small part of the whole procedure.
