due to a family emergency, i have to move out of province from alberta to ontario effective early next week. canada post says the package i ordered will not be redirected, even with their mail forwarding service, it will not get redirected.. canada post says i must contact the originating company as well as china post. i have contacted the originating company and put my new shipping address on file. how can i update my new shipping address with china post?? tracking number is RO627747597CN. thank you!!

1. I don't think you can change the address on your parcel, china post number is: Origin Country - China: 86 20 11185.

2. Your parcel has already departed China To Canada.

3. One solution for you is to give a friend of yours in Alberta what is called a Power of Attorney to get your parcel from Post Canada in Alberta. From there he could sent it to your new address. Just go to a Canadian Post office and have them explain exactly what is needed to have a friend of yours to pick up the parcel. Also could they hold the parcel and send you notice to you or your friend so you know when the parcel arrive.

4. Normally parcel from China takes 5 to 6 weeks before delivery.

1. I suspect your parcel just came out of Customs Office and was given to Canada Post for the follow up delivery:
