I brought something from Aliexpress, and i choose EMS option and got the tracking code: EA097383098CN , it has not update for 4days, Its concerning because i need this by June 19th and the seller said it would arrive before that time.

EMS takes about 2 weeks to arrive, you should get the in time, no need worry.

I brought something from Aliexpress. My tracking number is 33063117487. I don't understand what the status means. It says, current status - city parcel shipping. Please let me know, where is my package?

33063117487 is regular airmail which can not be tracked in USA. You can only know the shipping date which is May 27 in Ningbo. No further information will be updated and you can not know current and future location.

My package RI488798977CN arrived in canada faster than my other package RI488798963CN, and it did not arrive yet? Is it possible that the seller used two different shipping method?

the two parcels are all china post register airmail. Arrival time is subject to many conditions, it is very common that later shipped parcel arrives earlier.
