I sent a package to the Longhua Baoan area and the receiver has not picked up the package for over a month. They have stopped contact. Now I am wondering how I can receive the package back and get it returned to me.

It has been on hold for over one month.
I have tracked the parcel and it is in the Longhua Branch Post Office delivery office. It says it has reached the destination, it has not gotten lost and is waiting on hold.
Can you please help me? I have tried calling but my chinese is not very good.
I do have all my documents that I can confirm my shipment with.

The tracking number is CC212619471CA and it is in your office.
I have tracked the package on canada post and location is at 518109.
It is not with UPS either. I have already contacted them.

I have tracked it on this site, http://intmail.183.com.cn/ and found further information about my package. How do I contact the postal office to return my package?

I also called your headquarters at 755 2810 6847 and I could not communicate with them very well and they told me to call back with someone who could speak more mandarin.

If someone could help provide me the phone number to their address at the Longhua Branch post office, I will call again. If anyone can offer me any information as to what I can do, please let me know. I would really appreciate it!

I have called Canada post and opened up a trace and investigation. They told me that they can not track it any more and that I should call China post so here I am :/ The receiver has not replied to me since and I don't believe they will answer. You can see that the package has arrived, is it possible for you to notify the Longhua Branch Post Office delivery?
Or could you please give me the phone number to the branch and I will call them?

call 11185 is the only way to contact China Post by phone. You must speak Chinese.

So what should I do?
