Post HELP!!! No Update on 2 EMS Shipments

Hi,

Please help! 2 orders were shipped out by EMS (EA216183341CN & CX004912201CN) from different sellers after National day holiday. There has been no recent tracking updates on either shipment. Thank you.

1. There is a few people just like you waiting for their parcel in USA. There might be a backlog of parcel in China or USA or both.

2. Backlog in China possibly because of the national Holiday. Mail bags are still boarding Aircraft but no extra Aircraft are deploy. In the USA possibly more parcels are arriving from overseas then normal.

3. The end result parcels are not scan like the other ones people receive. Parcels are late to be scan, so far I have seen 15 days and more late USPS scanning.

4. According to the tracking I have done for your 2 parcels, they are fine, unfortunately you need to wait for them, just continue to track them on the USPS site for any new movement.

is this abnormal or a problem every year? Does it ever get back to normal with the increased volume of shipments during of the holiday season?

1. It's a problem every year, it's starting to get back to normal now. What I have seen here is that some parcel are not scan on arrival by USPS and so far what I have notice are parcel getting deliver under 20 days to 25 days instead of 15 to 20 days.

1. Where you able to contact seller about your parcel not arriving. He could contact China Post EMS to find out about your parcel.

2. I would give your parcel a last chance. If by 17 Nov the parcel has not arrive or you can not see any movement on the USPS site, then open a dispute to get your money back.

My package# LX200746773CN was scanned on 20-10-2016 but i did not receive it yet. Is it lost?

HI,

It's been 18 days but I didn't get my parcel which was supposed to be delivered in 15 days. and its only showing 'scanned' in the tracking. Where's is it? is it lost?

2. I don't think your parcel is lost, the parcel may have made some hop along the way to New Zealand. Maybe the parcel arrive in Auckland Inbound Mail warehouse and that New Zealand post did not have time to scan your parcel yet.

3. Have you contacted your seller to tell him that you are worry about your parcel not arriving in your country. He might be able to call China Post EMS to find out about your parcel.

4. To me the parcel is fine you just need to be patient and wait for it. Just continue to track it on the New Zealand Post site for any new movement.
