Post HELP me with USPS package!

Hi Admin,

Track number: CJ428948918US

My package entered to china at March 30, 2015.

but still I didn't receive it and can't track USPS package in china postal service.

Can you help me?

CJ428948918US has not entered into china post system. it might be stuck in china customs and has not been released yet.

Usually it takes long time more than 3 weeks in china customs?

how long it will stuck in customs all depends on government officer, you never know.

If the package arrive to china, first where does it process on? customs or sort facility?

which is priority?

how can I know the my package is in customs?

because If lost my package, I should confirm it. then dispute.

1)customs first.
2)you can not know when the parcel will leave customs, can not even know if it has left customs or not. Customs officer does not scan the parcel and update the status for china post.
