Tracking # CP303577189CN
It looks like this may have departed China to the USA but can not tell.
Can you help?

CP303577189CN was just shipped. this is surface parcel which is not accurate arrival and might be very very slow. you might need to wait from 6 weeks to 6 MONTHs.

Supplier is insisting that item was shipped via AIR?

if the parcel was shipped by air, you should get the parcel within 3 weeks. so if you can not get the parcel by May 7, you can open dispute and claim refund from seller.

I am confused.
First person said it was shipped via SURFACE.
Second person did not confirm this.
How do I find out how item was sent?
Shipped by AIR, or shipped by SURFACE (Boat)

if you insist the parcel is shipped by air, see if you can get the parcel by May 7. If not, then what I said is true and you need to open dispute.

CP303577189CN is surface parcel format. Airmail tracking number is starting from "R". however, sometimes,for different reasons, China Post stuff might put CP parcel into "R" parcel containers. If this happens to your parcel, you are lucky.

After speaking with the POSTAL SERVICE in the USA, they tell me they can not assist me unless they know the method of shipment and the invoice or container number. Is there any way you can assist me with this?
