Your help would be greatly appreciate.
My package LV369624803CN seems like it hasn't moved along since 12/18/2021. the tracking site says "Flight departure", what does it mean? It's on day 48 in transit. I'm starting to worry... please help me, thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all these 2 items are still in China waiting for flight to Italy. Parcel shipped in Xmas season often has some delay, please wait some more time.

If there is any update about the parcel status, we will write a post in this thread.
