Order Number: CP375254316CN
Origin: China
Destination: Ghana

Parcel still not in the country but estimated time of delivery is almost exhausted. Kindly help me trace and find the parcel.
It is an EMS order.

CP375254316CN is called air/sea combined parcel. This is a very slow service.

If it is less than 2kgs, it will take about 2 to 6 weeks to reach Ghana by air.

If it is over 2kgs, in most of the stage , parcel will go through truck and ship instead of air. you might need wait half year to get the parcel. No status update after parcel left China.

tracking records says it was delivered to airline.

can you please help me to know which transport agency is bringing the parcel? I am really fraustrated

there will be transit through many airlines and truck companies. You can not know detail of the airline company.

CP375254316CN is not EMS at all. It is a very cheap and slow sea/air combined parcel.

If so, can you confirm the airline truly sent it?
If yes, how can it be delayed till now?

Airlines from China do not take that long time(17days) to reach Ghana.
Kindly tell me exactly what the problem is
