Hi, I have been trying to get word on either or both of these shipments due to the time-sensitive nature of their warranties and coverage.

Unfortunately, USPS has told me that they have not received the item, and calling Customs directly has been pointless.

Any info would be appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both items arrived a transit airport on Mar 1st. They are still waiting for flight to USA.

Once the parcels arrive in USA, we will write a new post here.
