Post Confused About A Package??

Hi,

I'm trying to get a bit more information on a package I've been expecting for awhile now (April 17th was when I made the order) and I know China Post can be slower than molasses, but I thought this was being slower than normal, luckily I got my money refunded, but I was told the package could possibly still arrive.

When I check on it on 17Track, it says "Suzhou city, away from Suzhou to the Chicago (go)" on 4/17/2017.

It hasn't moved since ... My local postal service says it got information that it's being sent, but that too isn't updating as I'm assuming it just hasn't arrived anywhere.

I'm just wondering if someone can help me here, I was really looking forward to this package as it was a birthday gift and thought ordering it 3 months ahead was smart due to typical shipping times ... If I knew more information I'd know if I should just order again ... But being told it could still possibly show up makes me weary on making another order.

USPS import processing is quite slow these days. Your parcel should be seriously delayed in USPS import center in Chicago. Normally ePacket should be delivered within 4 weeks. If time is essential to you, I suggest you open dispute to seller and claim refund for lost parcel. You need place another order in local shops.
