Post Conflicting tracking status, require assistance

I'm trying to track the following number for a small package destined to Canada.

RR809902313CN

I've tried several sites with varying results indicating it may have departed to Canada via air, one tracking site indicated from my interpretation that it may be destined to destination via sea.

Any assistance in an accurate tracking assessment would certainly be appreciated

1. I think possibly your parcel is out of Customs and was given to Canada Post. This is what I found for you:
Tracking # :RR809902313CN
Date / Time :2016/07/21 - 09:23

2. I will keep tracking your parcel if more dates come by, if yes then I will let you know here.

Wouldn't you know it and totally unexpected!, the package was just delivered by Canada Post.
