I sent my friend in Harbin a package from the U.S. that the site says arrived on December 14. It's status on this site says "Final Delivery" as of Dec 15, but it's been like that since then. The package tracking number is: RE968887813US

What carrier has my package? If it's in Harbin, who does my friend have to contact to inquire about it? If she has to pick it up, I still need to know who is carrying it. I actually added her number on the package when I shipped it from the U.S., but she says they have not called her. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Have a great day 😀

RE968887813US was delivered on Dec 15 by china post. if your friend did not get it, he should call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail. I believe someone in that address has collected the parcel.
