Could someone tell me when is the next time packages will leave customs? My tracking number is CP310093212CN and my package was accepted on August 1st. My seller is not getting back in touch with me and I'm a little worried right now. The last update was on the 13th of August saying you're preparing shipment? Can anyone get me some more information please?

CP310093212CN is surface parcel which is very very slow. your seller should not use such slow service. if you can not get the goods within 40 days of payment, open dispute asap.
