I ordered from Wish and the status on there is that it has departed China, but it won't track on other sites. So I'm hoping it's not a fake number. Please let me know :)

this is not register mail. In other words, it can not be tracked online and you can not know it is fake or true. ebay/paypal/aliexpress normally does not protect seller who use such shipping service. if you can not get the goods in 30 days, open dispute and you can easily get refund.
