Post Attempted delivery? where is my package now?

Ordered package on amazon and it said the delivery was attempted, i live in a college apartment building so when they tried to deliver it at 7 am no one was there to get it. So i dont have the note saying what to do next. any help?

Can you check that number & try again? there should be 9 digits between the LS & CN, not 8.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel is in USPS office in SAN DIEGO, CA 92199. You should contact them for delivery detail.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel is in USPS office in SAN JOSE, CA 95101. You should contact them immediately. The parcel address has problem and will be returned to China very soon.
