Good afternoon. I have the following Tracking Number RG246578643CN but by day 27 December 2015 seems stopped. My package says the 12/27/2015 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport / seaport , but today where it is, when will arrive in Italy ?
Can anyone tell me something about it ? it seems to me that things are too long!!

After it leaves Beijing it could travel through many countries until reaching Ital and it can take up to 40-50 days. So you can expect your parcel by the end of January approx.

you can not know where it is now. wait another 2 to 4 weeks and track it in Italy post website. If it arrives Italy, you can track it there.

So until it landed on Italian soil I have no way to track my package?
At this point I just have to wait, I just hope they do not lose anything!

you can not know exact location when parcel is between china and italy. the only thing you can do it to check the buyer protection date, if buyer protection is expiring, open dispute or ask seller extend protection.

Thanks. Do you have any way to control where my package is located or the limit of the duration of insurance (which I unfortunately was not communicated)?

Non andare di fretta. Pensa che la mia spedizione solo per arrivare in dogana ha quasi impiegato 30 giorni. Spedita il 9 dicembre, partita verso l'italia dopo 3 giorni, finalmente ieri è arrivata a Linate...
In questo periodo le spedizioni sono più lente del solito, e le poste cinesi, in particolare quest'anno sono diventate ancora più lente e disorganizzate di prima...
Purtroppo durante il tratto aereo Cina-Italia nessuno sa più che fine fanno i pacchi e in quali posti questi maledetti aerei si fermano e quanto tempo impiegano per ripartire di nuovo....

Ti ringrazio per la risposta. Sono inesperta in questo campo ma i tempi mi sembrano veramente troppo lunghi e mi sembra ancora più drammatico il fatto che non si possa più tracciare il pacco.. Se dovesse perdersi qualcuno comunicherebbe qualcosa o dovrei arrangiarmi?
