Hi,can you check please my shipping number LL051742259CN. A month has passed since the shipment but the package has not yet arrived in Italy.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL051742259CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Italy on Mar 22.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Milan, Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I chose shipping with epacket to get the package faster, so if the package was still in China after a month it would be very serious. It means that the service you offer is not of good quality!!
