I need help to track this pack. I don't know what the result says. It seems to not have destination while it would be directed to Italy

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows ONLY "electronic data received". this means your seller only applied a tracking number from china post but does not actually ship anything yet.

What does this means? He signed as "shipped" on 28th August while information about this pack are about 23rd August...do you think I can open a dispute? He doesn't answer to my questions and had a bad behaviour also before shipping

now is too early to open dispute. you can wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php, if still same result, open dispute.
