the shipment is stopped from 26 to PVG. is this normal?

check http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and see if the parcel have been "sent to airline".normally it will arrive your country after 2 to 3 weeks of the "sent to airline" date. if not, then you should open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress and get your money back.
