I'm waiting for the shipment RK204846057CN, it says that it was delivered at the post office more than a month ago, but I'm still waiting.
Is there a number I can call to get more information, please? Or somewhere I can go?

you should contact Italian Post Milan office , they are responsible for delivery of China Post parcel in your area.
