Where is my parcels??
and how long do I have to wait still?

1. Both of your parcels are On Route to Italy but they have pass the Estimate Time of Arrival for your country which is maximum 28 days.

2. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Ask him to call China Post to find out what is wrong with both of your parcels.

3. You could also give the parcels 1 to 2 weeks more to show up on the Italian Post site but that is yours decision.
