my package is in "Guanzhou departure" since 10 days
where is it now?
when it will be delivered to Poste Italiane?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows it left China on Dec 16. you can not know exact location after the parcel left china. it will travel through many countries' post system and none will scan and update the parcel status.

Based on my last year experience, it should arrive Italy by Jan,2016

The parcel maybe is in Italy, so you have to wait.
