I buyed from sunsky-online on sept. 23th, they told me they've shipped on oct. 12 and that delivery time are 20 days. Viewing tracking on china post site, it always says Dispatching (location 43032100) on oct. 12, and Collection (location 43005800) on oct. 12. From oct. 12 nothing happened and nothing changed. After 2 months from shipping, I haven't recieved good nor information. I e-mailed to china post more than 1 month ago, no reply at all!!!

Where is my parcel and when will I recieve it?

RB771669415CN stuck in Wuhan since Oct 12. It should be lost or returned to shipper. You will NOT receive this parcel. Please file non-receipt dispute with paypal as soon as possible.

can you tell me pls why stuck in Wuhan ? why lost or returned? Seller and china post never told me this!!
