Hello my parcel numer RC940164355CN is stop in Guangzhou airport since 28/04.
I already bought some other items from China and always come in Italy after 15 days, but this is take long.
Is that normal or my parcel is lost?

15 days is still ok. wait one more week , it should arrive then.

I'm from Italy too, and I have a couple packages stuck there from the same day, looks like it's normal!
