i seems that the recipient does not want to receive the parcel. If he is a seller in ebay and try to reject returning to avoid refund, you can tell him you will leave negative feedback on him if he does not pickup or refund you money.

Exact! He is a seller of aliexpress! He has to refund me but he is trying to reject returning. I think he has no problem to accept a negative feedback rather then return money to me (he is very clever!). There will be a way to force him to pickup the parcel? May i have a statement from the post office that says "the recipient does not accept the parcel"?

Believe me, feedback is very important to seller. You deserve a try to persuade seller.

The track status "unsuccessful delivery" is too generic (we don't know the real reason of failure delivery). I will have to open a dispute and i will have to prove that the recipient has rejected the parcel.
I need a declaration in the track china post web that says "rejected by recipient".

you can not get more detail about why the parcel was not delivered and you no need detailed information to open dispute.

You are right! I don't need detailed information to open a dispute, but to win a dispute i need every useful detail. The recipient will wait the end of the dispute and then he will pickup the parcel!!! In Italy if the parcel is not picked up within five days it is sent back!! Wich are the China Post rules ??
