Good morning.
Is my parcel directed towards Italy or is going back to the sender because it was rejected at the safety check? The package contains only two harmonicas.
Why should have them rejected?

I contacted the seller who told me so: "Hi Ricc09, I'm trying to check what's going on with your package, it seems like the safety check rejected, but the package shipped to Italy anyway.
Don't worry about it, something the status is wrong and it's still too early to know.
Anyway your money is safe, if I'll find that the package has returned to me I'll send you a full refund

At least the seller answers me quickly and assured me a refund.
What do you advise me to do?

your seller is correct. you can not know the parcel exact status at this moment. something is wrong with guangzhou customs and they give confusing message to china post.

you can wait another 2 weeks and see if you can get the parcel, if not, then you should open dispute and claim refund.
