Hello,
The tracking number for my item is "RF096094470CN" It's been more than one month now, but it still says: "电子信息已收到"

Seller says they shipped it, and every time I ask about it, they say that my order is "awaiting in the transport logistic center".
I don't think they really shipped it.
Today I opened a dispute in aliexpress and they sent me this message:

"Hello, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting
We have contact express company to track the status of parcel
If the package lost, we will help you to send a copy
thank you"

But, it's impossible the post lost my package since they never shipped it!
Can you help me by telling me, if they shipped or not?
What does "Electronic data received" mean?
Did they really contact you?

Tracking information like this, showing only "Electronic Data Received", means that the shipper prepared the shipment using China Post's online parcel shipping tools, but that they haven't actually given the parcel to China Post yet. So yes, you are exactly right, it's been a month and they haven't mailed you anything yet.
