Post Italy Parcel not in the database

Hello,
I was sent a box from Italy the 31st of March, with tracking number CP037815627IT but after one week still haven't got news. I found it weird since the last 2 boxes sent from Italy had been received after 14 days and after 2 days they left Italy i could track them on track-chinapost. Anyone has any idea?

is that mean the parcel is stuck somewhere outside china?

I just would like to inform you of the fact that the parcel hadn't been registered in the database. I checked with another tracking website and I was able to find out that had been already delivered.
