hi, Tracking Number of my order is RB901296709CN . I ordered about 35 days ago from site "alixpress". When will I receive my package?
results from 02 March as "export customs scan" why? should I worry? thanks

the parcel was not shipped 35 days ago. it was shipped on Feb 28. it is common to wait about 2 to 3 weeks to change status. if the status still same by next week, you should open a dispute to aliexpress and claim money back.

hello, I have been waiting as recommended this week to see if the status changed. unfortunately it remained from 02 March until still today with "export customs scan" there are possibilities that it changes or open the dispute? thanks
