please help me to check this parcel:
RX492868161CN

Last Update Time Destination Departure From Current Status
2019-03-29 09:25:00 Italy sent to airline

is possible this delay for airline shipping? package is lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX492868161CN shows the number was sent to airline on Mar 29.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Normally after sent to airline date, parcel will keep travelling another 2 to 8 weeks. Once the parcel arrives Italy, Italy Post will show location status in tracking result.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute for refund. Otherwise please keep waiting.
