Someone can help me?i send back a package for refund but now seems stuck somewhere,
if i try to track it whit universal postal union says import terminated and status canceled

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP067678712IT shows the item arrived in Guangzhou customs in Nov. Did you write receiver's correct cell phone number in the parcel? It seems that receiver never make customs clearance. Another possibility is that receiver doesn't want to make customs clearance and accept the return.

Receiver needs to call China Post hotline 11185 and make customs clearance. If Receiver does not do it or gave you some excuse to avoid customs clearance(normally such bad seller will give different reasons to avoid contacting China Post), then escalate the dispute and report fraud.

3 day ago seller write this message "We will have colleagues to clear customs, please don't worry" i buy this item by paypal,you think i need to open controversy now?or wait some day?paypal protection end 1 april

you can tell paypal that the goods has arrived China but seller doesn't make customs clearance to accept the return. You want to get refund immediately because customs clearance is the seller's responsibility.

I contact seller from PayPal and he says technical support
have investigate and the package Is on the way to me,and i have to send back and seller pay half of shipping cost,now i change to dispute and i Ask at PayPal for full refund.

There Is a way to check of package Is on the way?

I'm italian and I'm in your identical situation
My parcel was shipped with the Italy Post with POSTEDELIVERY INTERNATIONAL STANDARD
On the UPU website, mee to, exit "Import Terminated" and Shipment Canceled.
Today, my parcel and your parcel , was shipped by carrier, I think is the AirLine Company.

Tips for you:
- Contact PayPal and send the postal receipt (compiled and stamped by Postal Office) and the China Post tracking, i think paypal send a total refund.

The parcel is returned by ocean vessel which is very slow. We believe it will arrive Italy between April to July. You won't see any update before it arrives in Italy.

You have already your refund, right?
